This topic describes how to view the information collection details online after the system executes an information collection task, and how to perform troubleshooting based on the collected information. Information collection records are retained for only 30 days. We recommend that you view the collected information within the validity period.
Applicability
This topic applies only to OceanBase Cloud Platform (OCP) Enterprise Edition. OCP Community Edition does not support the information collection feature.
Prerequisites
You have been granted the ADMIN role.
Procedure
Log on to the OCP console. In the left-side navigation pane, choose O&M Management > Information Collection.
The Information Collection List page automatically appears.
Find the target information collection task and click View in the Actions column.

View the collected fault information, including the details, basic information about the collection object, alert summary, exception check for OceanBase Database, last changes, and internal events. You can locate the fault cause based on related information.
