Purpose
This view monitors the overall status of the PS cache for the current tenant across all OBServer nodes, including hit rate, memory usage, and the number of cached items.
Columns

| ACCESS_COUNT | NUMBER(38) | NO | The total number of accesses to the PS cache. |
| MEM_HOLD | NUMBER(38) | NO | The amount of memory used by the PS cache. |
