Cause: The source Zone/IDC/Region for the specified backup or archive path does not exist (for example, if the cluster only has zones1 and zone2, but the user sets the backup zone as zone=zone3,zone4, and then checks shows that zone3 and zone4 do not exist, this error will be reported).
Solution: Query the
DBA_OB_ZONESview to confirm whether the entered locality exists. Correct it and set it again.

Cause: The temporary file has been sealed.

Cause: The amount of data stored on disk by temporary files exceeds the specified limit.

OceanBase error code: 9139
Cause: When transparent encryption is enabled for the backup tenant, the key address was not specified or was specified incorrectly during tenant restore.
Solution: Specify the correct key address in the restore command, or set the correct key address using the
SET @kms_encrypt_infosession variable before restoration.

Solution: This error is a normal internal flow control behavior of the system and does not affect data correctness or business availability. Generally, no action is required. If it occurs frequently and significantly impacts read performance, contact technical support for assistance.
