Purpose
The ALL_POLICY_GROUPS view displays information about the strategy group that takes effect for different users based on the strategy context.
Columns

| COMMON | VARCHAR2(3) | NO | This column is used only for compatibility, and the value is fixed to NO. |

Query the strategy group information of all views that the current user can access.
