Description
enable_upgrade_mode specifies whether to enable upgrade mode. In upgrade mode, some system background features are paused.

Only the
systenant can modify this parameter. User tenants cannot modify this parameter.

Considerations
Before an upgrade, you can use this system parameter to disable features that need to be disabled (such as DDL operations), making the upgrade process simpler. Set enable_upgrade_mode to True before the upgrade and to False after the upgrade.
