    Purpose

    The DBA_PART_INDEXES view displays the partitioning information about all partitioned indexes in the database.

    Note

    This view is introduced since OceanBase Database V2.2.77.

    Column Type Nullable? Description
    OWNER VARCHAR2(128) NO The owner of the partitioned index.
    INDEX_NAME VARCHAR2(128) NO The name of the partitioned index.
    TABLE_NAME VARCHAR2(128) NO The name of the table that is associated with the index.
    PARTITIONING_TYPE VARCHAR2(9) NO The partitioning method. Valid values:
  • HASH
  • RANGE
  • LIST
  • SUBPARTITIONING_TYPE VARCHAR2(9) NO The subpartitioning method. Valid values:
  • HASH
  • RANGE
  • LIST
  • PARTITION_COUNT NUMBER NO The number of partitions in the index.
    DEF_SUBPARTITION_COUNT NUMBER NO The default number of subpartitions for a composite-partitioned index (if specified).
    PARTITIONING_KEY_COUNT NUMBER NO The number of columns in the partitioning key.
    SUBPARTITIONING_KEY_COUNT NUMBER NO The number of columns in the subpartitioning key for a composite-partitioned index.
    LOCALITY VARCHAR2(6) NO The locality for the partitioned index. Valid values: LOCAL and GLOBAL.
    ALIGNMENT VARCHAR2(12) NO Indicates whether the partitioned index is prefixed or non-prefixed.
    DEF_TABLESPACE_NAME VARCHAR2(30) NO The default tablespace for a local index when a table partition is added or split.
    DEF_PCT_FREE NUMBER NO The default PCTFREE value for a local index when a table partition is added.
    DEF_INI_TRANS NUMBER NO The default initial number of transactions for a local index when a table partition is added.
    DEF_MAX_TRANS NUMBER NO The default maximum number of transactions for a local index when a table partition is added.
    DEF_INITIAL_EXTENT VARCHAR2(40) NO The default INITIAL value for a local index when a table partition is added. If no INITIAL value was specified, the value is DEFAULT.
    DEF_NEXT_EXTENT VARCHAR2(40) NO The default NEXT value for a local index when a table partition is added. If no NEXT value was specified, the value is DEFAULT.
    DEF_MIN_EXTENTS VARCHAR2(40) NO The default MINEXTENTS value for a local index when a table partition is added. If no MINEXTENTS value was specified, the value is DEFAULT.
    DEF_MAX_EXTENTS VARCHAR2(40) NO The default MAXEXTENTS value for a local index when a table partition is added. If no MAXEXTENTS value was specified, the value is DEFAULT.
    DEF_MAX_SIZE VARCHAR2(40) NO The default MAXSIZE value for a local index when a table partition is added. If no MAXSIZE value was specified, the value is DEFAULT.

    DEF_LOGGING VARCHAR2(7) NO The default LOGGING value for a local index when a table partition is added. At present, this column is not used and is NULL by default.
    DEF_BUFFER_POOL VARCHAR2(7) NO The default buffer pool for a local index when a table partition is added. At present, this column is not used and is NULL by default.
    DEF_FLASH_CACHE VARCHAR2(7) NO The default database smart flash cache hint for a local index when a table partition is added. At present, this column is not used and is NULL by default.
    DEF_CELL_FLASH_CACHE VARCHAR2(7) NO The default cell flash cache hint for a local index when a table partition is added. At present, this column is not used and is NULL by default.
    DEF_PARAMETERS VARCHAR2(1000) NO The default parameter string for a domain index.
    INTERVAL VARCHAR2(1000) NO The character string that defines intervals.
    AUTOLIST VARCHAR2(3) NO Indicates whether the local index is automatic list-partitioned. Valid values:
  • YES
  • NO
  • INTERVAL_SUBPARTITION VARCHAR2(1000) NO At present, this column is not supported and is NULL by default.
    AUTOLIST_SUBPARTITION VARCHAR2(1000) NO At present, this column is not supported and is NULL by default.
