The SA_USER_ADMIN package manages user labels by using label components.
To use the SA_USER_ADMIN package, you must be granted the EXECUTE privilege on it.
The following table describes the stored procedures provided in the SA_USER_ADMIN package and supported by the current OceanBase Database version.
