Purpose
The oceanbase.DBA_OB_BALANCE_TASKS view displays the ongoing load balancing tasks of a tenant. Each tenant can have multiple ongoing load balancing tasks, which belong to the same load balancing job.

This view is introduced since OceanBase Database V4.2.0.
