OceanBase Developer Center (ODC) V3.1.0 was released in June 2021. ODC enables you to edit personal settings on the Personal Settings page, enjoy enhanced features such as the optimized result set, and execute PL statements in the SQL window.

Personal settings
- On the Personal Settings page of ODC, you can edit custom feature settings that take global effect. For more information, see Personal settings.
Workspace
Database management system (DBMS) output is supported in the SQL window. After you execute PL statements in the SQL window, the returned information of the DBMS statement is displayed on the result tab. For more information, see SQL window.
Special symbol abnormality can be identified in the editing area of the SQL window, where abnormal symbols are marked with yellow wavy underlines. For more information, see SQL window.
You can adjust the order of fields by dragging column names in a result set. For more information, see SQL window.
You can filter and sort values of fields in a result set. For more information, see SQL window.
You can click a field name or row number or directly select a row or column in a result set, and then copy or paste the information using hotkeys. For more information, see SQL window.
If the data in a cell is too long and cannot be displayed in full, you can place the pointer over the cell and click the zoom-in icon at the end of the cell. In the window that appears, view the data in full. For more information, see SQL window.
When you edit a result set, you can right-click a cell and select Copy or Set to Null from the context menu to operate on the cell. For more information, see SQL window.
Time Spent in Execution Record is divided into three parts. You can move the pointer over the icon after Time Spent . The time spent on executing an SQL statement is displayed in three sections in the tooltip. For more information, see SQL window.
Connect to a database
- In Oracle mode, you can open a connection and change schema in the top navigation bar of the workspace. For more information, see Manage connections.
Database objects
- When you view the DDL statement or code properties of an object, you can click Format in the toolbar to view the object-creation statements.
