Possible causes

Go to the details page of the data synchronization task to view the error logs.

Solution

Check the task error logs and the component monitoring information to identify the abnormal component, and perform analysis based on logs.

If the error occurred occasionally, click the Restore button to retry.
You can also provide the alert information to Technical Support of OMS Community Edition.
