refresh_idc_list

refresh_idc_list specifies whether to update all IDC lists when the Config Server is refreshed.

Note

This parameter is a memory-level parameter.

Default value	False
Value range	`True`: specifies to update all IDC lists. `False`: specifies not to update IDC lists.
