cluster_count_high_water_mark

cluster_count_high_water_mark specifies the maximum number of OceanBase clusters that can be accessed. When the number of accessed clusters exceeds this value, OceanBase Database Proxy (ODP) evicts clusters based on the least recently used (LRU) algorithm.
