monitor_stat_dump_interval

monitor_stat_dump_interval specifies the interval for flushing monitoring statistics to logs. The value 0 specifies to disable monitoring statistics flushing. If you specify a negative value, OceanBase Database Proxy (ODP) considers it as the value 0.
