Symptom
When you create and save a connection in client ODC, an error message is reported, indicating that the user whose ID is 0 does not exist.
Possible causes
The data upgrade logic has been enhanced in ODC V2.4.1, causing this issue when you try to save a new connection.

Client ODC V2.4.1 and later
Solutions
Solution 1

Log on to client ODC and enter an incorrect logon password three times consecutively.
Click Reset Data.
Solution 2
Delete the historical database from the built-in database files of client ODC.
