After an information collection task is completed, the system automatically generates an information collection report. This topic describes how to download an information collection report and view it on your local computer.
Information collection records are retained for only 30 days. We recommend that you download and save information collection reports as needed within the validity period.
Applicability
This topic applies only to OceanBase Cloud Platform (OCP) Enterprise Edition. OCP Community Edition does not support the information collection feature.
Prerequisites
Make sure that you have the following permissions:
- Resource Permissions: Cluster Read-only or Tenant Read-only permission
- Menu Permissions: Permission on the Information Collection menu of O&M Management
Procedure
Log on to the OCP console. In the left-side navigation pane, choose O&M Management > Information Collection.
The Information Collection List page automatically appears.
Find the target information collection task and click Download in the Actions column to download the report in the .html format to your local computer.
Note
You cannot view or download the information collection report of an information collection task in the Running, Failed, or Canceled state. You can click the information collection record ID to view the current progress or failure cause of the task.
