Purpose
The DBA_WR_SQLSTAT view displays the basic performance statistics of SQL statements executed by the current tenant, with each SQL statement in one row (that is, each unique value of SQL_ID + Plan_Hash in one row). Columns containing _DELTA indicate the increments of statistics from the last WR snapshot collection to the current time.
