recyclebin specifies whether to enable the recycle bin.

Attribute	Description

Default value	OFF
Value range	`OFF` (`0`): disables the recycle bin. `ON` (`1`): enables the recycle bin.
Effective scope	Global Session

If the recycle bin is enabled, a dropped table and objects subordinated to the table are stored in the recycle bin. If the recycle bin is disabled, a dropped table and objects subordinated to the table are removed directly without being stored in the recycle bin.
