Purpose
The DBA_WR_SNAPSHOT view displays the snapshots of the current tenant.

This view is introduced since OceanBase Database V4.2.1.

| END_INTERVAL_TIME | TIMESTAMP(6) WITH LOCAL TIME ZONE | NO | The end time of the snapshot. The value is a timestamp accurate to milliseconds. |
| SNAP_FLAG | NUMBER(38) | YES | The reason for triggering the snapshot. |
