This topic describes how to take over the Arbitration Service in OAT.
Prerequisites
Before you take over the Arbitration Service, make sure that the following conditions are met:
- You have added the Docker image of the Arbitration Service.
- You have installed OAT and logged in as a super administrator or an O&M engineer. For more information, see Install OAT.
- You have added a server to install the Arbitration Service. For more information, see Add a server.
- The server meets the requirements for installing the Arbitration Service.
Procedure
To take over the Arbitration Service, perform the following steps:
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Product Service > Components.
On the Component Management page, click Takeover component in the upper-right corner and choose Take Over Arbitration Service.
On the Take over NLB page, configure the parameters.
The following table describes the parameters for taking over the Arbitration Service.
Parameter Explanation Arbitration Service Image The Docker image of the Arbitration Service. Arbitration Service Component Name The name of the component. The name must be unique. Server The IP address of the server on which you want to take over the Arbitration Service. Note
Make sure that a running container exists on each server.
