View alert events

This topic describes how to view the details of an alert event and temporarily block an alert event.

Procedure

1. Log on to the OceanBase Cloud Platform (OCP) console.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose System Management > Alerts .

3. Click the Alert Events tab.

4. Expand the search section and set the search criteria.

   For example, to query Alerting alerts of the Reminder level in the OceanBase cluster, you can set the search criteria as shown in the following figure. All alert events that match the criteria will be returned in the alert event list.

   

5. Click an alert in the alert event list to go to the Details page of the alert.

   You can view the information and notifications related to the alert on the Details page.

   

6. On the alert event details page, click View Alert Items .

   Then, the system displays the alert rule, basic information, and modification information of the alert event.

   

7. To block an alert, click Alert Blocking on the alert event details page.

   In the Alert Blocking dialog box, set an End Time and Daily Block Period and click OK .

   After the alert blocking is configured, this alert will not be reported before the specified end time expires.
