Delete a role

This topic describes how to delete a role.

Prerequisite

You are logged on with an account that has the ADMIN or ROLE_MANAGER role.

Procedure

1. Log on to the OCP console.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose System Management > User Management .

3. Enter a keyword in the search box on the Role tab and click the search icon.

   The roles whose names match the keyword are displayed in the role list.

4. Find the role to delete and click Delete in the Actions column.

   The system prompts: Are you sure that you want to delete role XX?.

5. Click Delete .

   The role is deleted.
