Prepare for the installation

This topic describes the preparations that you need to make before installing OceanBase Connector/ODBC. After the installation, you also need to complete the required configuration and connectivity test.

Prerequisites

You have set up the basic database development environment for installing and using OceanBase Connector/ODBC.
You have obtained the installation packages of OceanBase Connector/ODBC for Linux or Windows from OceanBase Technical Support.

Installation packages

The following table describes the installation packages of OceanBase Connector/ODBC for Linux and Windows.
