OceanBase Database Proxy prometheus_sync_interval specifies the interval for synchronizing Prometheus monitoring metrics to Prometheus Exporter. The value 0 specifies to disable metric synchronization. If you specify a negative value, OceanBase Database Proxy (ODP) considers it as the value 0.
