Purpose
The DBA_OB_RSRC_IO_DIRECTIVES view displays the I/O resource configurations in Resource Manager.

This view is introduced since OceanBase Database V4.1.0.
Columns

| MIN_IOPS | NUMBER(38) | NO | The reserved IOPS. Value range: 0-100. |
| MAX_IOPS | NUMBER(38) | NO | The maximum IOPS. Value range: 0-100. |
| WEIGHT_IOPS | NUMBER(38) | NO | The shared IOPS. Value range:0-100. |
