validate_password_policy

validate_password_policy specifies the password check strategy.

Value range	LOW: implements only general password checks. MEDIUM: checks the password length, the number of uppercase letters, the number of lowercase letters, the number of digits, the number of special characters, and whether the password is the same as the username.
