Purpose
The V$OB_PLAN_CACHE_PLAN_EXPLAIN view displays the physical execution plans that are cached in the plan cache on the current OBServer node.

This view is introduced since OceanBase Database V4.0.0.

This view supports only GET operations. To query information in this view, you must specify the TENANT_ID and PLAN_ID columns.
